4.1 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on sloph. 4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. 4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. sloph accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify sloph immediately through the 24/7 live chat support channel.
4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). sloph is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification. You agree to provide any documents or information requested for KYC purposes within a reasonable timeframe specified by sloph. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on withdrawals or Account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All financial transactions on sloph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sloph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. sloph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Payment methods may be updated from time to time at sloph's discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your sloph Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during regular banking hours. sloph is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. sloph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests.
5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Real Money Funds are withdrawable at any time subject to any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. sloph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.7 Account Funds. Funds in your sloph Account are held for gaming purposes only. sloph does not pay interest on Account balances. Account balances do not constitute deposits with a financial institution and are not covered by deposit insurance.

7.2 RNG Certification. All random outcome games on sloph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by bet size, Account tier, or any other factor.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during gameplay, sloph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable bet amount to the Member's Account. sloph does not accept liability for losses sustained as a result of system errors or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disconnection. If a Member is disconnected during active gameplay, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game rules. Bets placed prior to disconnection are binding. sloph recommends maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay.
7.5 Game Provider Terms. Games provided by third-party Game Providers are additionally subject to those providers' own terms and conditions. By playing any Game Provider title on sloph, you acknowledge that Game Provider terms may also apply.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your sloph Account at any time by contacting sloph support via the 24/7 live chat. 11.2 sloph's Right to Suspend or Close. sloph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires:
11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. sloph will attempt to notify the Member at the registered mobile number before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant Account balances are preserved subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sloph's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.
sloph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if sloph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sloph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
sloph provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
All content on the sloph Platform, including but not limited to the sloph brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary property of sloph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sloph Platform without the prior written consent of sloph.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to sloph's support team for informal resolution. sloph undertakes to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. Disputes relating to sloph's PAGCOR license obligations may additionally be referred to PAGCOR through its applicable complaints and dispute resolution process.
