sloph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "sloph" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at sloph.club, including all games, services, promotions, and tools made available to registered Members.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has completed the registration process and holds a verified sloph account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access Platform services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and bonus funds held within a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, free spin winnings, or cashback amounts credited to an Account subject to bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Member into their Account via an approved payment method.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines under which sloph operates.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Jili.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures required under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "These Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, together with any game-specific rules and promotional terms published on the Platform.

By accessing sloph, registering an Account, or using any of the services provided on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sloph. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must not register an Account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with sloph's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and sloph.

Access to sloph and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal gaming accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of sloph or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by sloph or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator.
• You must not have had a previous sloph Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

If sloph discovers that a Member has provided false information regarding their age or eligibility, sloph reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void all transactions, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and applicable regulatory reporting.

To access real-money gaming services on sloph, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all sloph Accounts:

4.1 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on sloph. The maintenance of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sloph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. sloph accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify sloph immediately through the 24/7 live chat support channel.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). sloph is required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification. You agree to provide any documents or information requested for KYC purposes within a reasonable timeframe specified by sloph. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on withdrawals or Account suspension.

5.1 Currency. All financial transactions on sloph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sloph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. sloph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Payment methods may be updated from time to time at sloph's discretion.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your sloph Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during regular banking hours. sloph is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. sloph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests.

5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Real Money Funds are withdrawable at any time subject to any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. sloph reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.7 Account Funds. Funds in your sloph Account are held for gaming purposes only. sloph does not pay interest on Account balances. Account balances do not constitute deposits with a financial institution and are not covered by deposit insurance.

sloph may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, cashback programs, free spins, and other incentives to Members. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Where a Member holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will generally be used before Bonus Funds in gameplay, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• sloph reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where sloph has reason to believe a promotion is being abused.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or systematic bonus abuse constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, payment method, and device, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

sloph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and close an Account where there is evidence of promotional abuse.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on sloph is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail in respect of that game.

7.2 RNG Certification. All random outcome games on sloph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by bet size, Account tier, or any other factor.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during gameplay, sloph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable bet amount to the Member's Account. sloph does not accept liability for losses sustained as a result of system errors or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Disconnection. If a Member is disconnected during active gameplay, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game rules. Bets placed prior to disconnection are binding. sloph recommends maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay.

7.5 Game Provider Terms. Games provided by third-party Game Providers are additionally subject to those providers' own terms and conditions. By playing any Game Provider title on sloph, you acknowledge that Game Provider terms may also apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sloph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sloph reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action, including Account suspension and forfeiture of balances, in respect of any of the following:

• Opening, using, or maintaining multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted for human users;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to defraud sloph or other Members;
• Using funds of illicit origin for deposits — all funds deposited into a sloph Account must come from lawfully obtained sources;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to deliberately low-risk wagering to fulfill bonus requirements, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account promotion exploitation;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions processed through sloph;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without prior written consent from sloph;
• Any conduct that sloph reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its Members, or its regulatory standing.

sloph implements industry-standard security measures to protect Member data and Account integrity, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform connections, secure password hashing, and OTP-based authentication for new device logins.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by sloph is governed by the sloph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

sloph processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations, including the requirements of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

sloph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. sloph provides the following tools to all Members through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect; limit decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure on-screen reminders that appear after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per defined period, after which further gameplay is restricted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may activate a temporary exclusion (1 day to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Account settings at any time without needing to contact support. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your sloph Account at any time by contacting sloph support via the 24/7 live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements being satisfied.

11.2 sloph's Right to Suspend or Close. sloph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice where urgency requires:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of illicit funds;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Member;
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy policy);
• At sloph's discretion, where continued operation of the Account is contrary to sloph's regulatory obligations or business interests.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. sloph will attempt to notify the Member at the registered mobile number before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant Account balances are preserved subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sloph's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

sloph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or reputational damage, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if sloph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sloph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

sloph provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the absence of errors, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

All content on the sloph Platform, including but not limited to the sloph brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary property of sloph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sloph Platform without the prior written consent of sloph.

Games available on the sloph Platform are licensed from third-party Game Providers. All intellectual property rights in game content remain vested in the respective Game Provider.

sloph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members by posting a notice on the sloph Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Members at their registered mobile number.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of sloph following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the footer of every page on the sloph Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to sloph's support team for informal resolution. sloph undertakes to respond to formal written complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. Disputes relating to sloph's PAGCOR license obligations may additionally be referred to PAGCOR through its applicable complaints and dispute resolution process.
